When I met Trisha a few years ago, I found that our interactions reawakened some aspects of myself that I had kept long buried. As I talked with Trisha about her gifts and how she used them in her life, she reassured me that I could become comfortable with what I was experiencing. Her class offered the opportunity to understand what I was feeling in a fashion where I felt safe and supported. I had been feeling overstressed, worried, overworked and like life was mounding a heap of “stuff” onto me that I was losing the capacity to deal with—the class came along at the perfect time when I knew I had to choose to do something different. Many obstacles threw themselves in the way of me attending the class, but I chose to ignore them and continued to plan on meeting with Trisha. I am so grateful I did.

During the class (and since), I felt I was doing the right thing, in the right place, at the right time. I met another fellow traveler and found her experiences were illuminating to my path as well. I feel lighter, happier, in more control because I am comfortable in letting go. Since the class, I have tried to be fearless and not set up boundaries that I automatically may have set before. In truth, the single big change has been that I now trust my experiences and am no longer fearful. The most memorable experiences were the attunements and the sensation of love and support during those times. I would strongly urge others to take the class if they are thinking about it—the sense of lightness and release is empowering. Thanks Trisha!
